CCADA's purpose is to provide outpatient counseling services to alcohol and /or drug abusers.  CCADA services the Washington, DC metropolitan area by offering a facility to conduct individual and group counseling sessions.  CCADA also provides outreach counseling services to schools and correctional facilities.

CCADA realizes that substance abuse is often manisfestations of other personal, emotional and systemic problems
impacting the individual and the community.
